The continual increase in demand has prompted our firm to create a new division devoted exclusively to this vital service. Initially, we will offer our expertise throughout Florida and in Charlotte, NC, but expect to expand availability rapidly into our other locations. We will continue to provide emergency electrical repair and in addition, will be offering preventive maintenance programs. A Closer Look at Testing
The goal of our PM program is to keep equipment and systems running reliably and in optimized condition. While the majority of routine inspection and maintenance services listed are self-explanatory, let’s take a closer look at infrared, two, and four hour testing:

Infrared Inspections
Infrared technology allows us to see heat or infrared energy that is emitted from objects, at levels not visible to the naked eye. As components tend to emit greater amounts of heat before they fail, infrared inspections identify “hot spots” or areas of concern so that we may repair or replace assets preemptively, preventing breaker burnout, circuit issues and other serious problems before they can occur.

Basic 2 Hour Test

  • Basic fire alarm test
  • Emergency lighting testing – 90 minutes of site shut down
  • Identify breakers for emergency lighting
  • Activate buttons on emergency lighting that are accessible
  • Detection of visually damaged units or missing exit signs

Comprehensive 4 Hour Test

  • Includes all services of Basic test
  • Create customized tags for operational units
  • Locate and identify fire marshal breakers
