Safety Initiatives
Think 5×5
ConServ’s core process is our “Think 5 x 5” initiative. All employees undergo this training, to ensure that they think and work safely.
“Think 5 x 5” increases employee awareness by encouraging team members to “Take 5 seconds and 5 steps back” to consider their work area and make sure it is safe.
Near Miss
The Near Miss program encourages team members to report any potential safety issues that they see in their work environment.
ConServ’s Near Miss Hotline provides a method for employees to communicate any possible hazards. This promotes recognizing and reporting issues, thereby focusing on prevention.
