We Are ConServ Building Services
ConServ Building Services was founded in 1991, as the service division of BCH Mechanical. We began dispatching HVAC techs in the Tampa Bay area and in just a short time, ConServ’s reputation for customer service and technical expertise began to grow. The number of staff and locations also grew. By 2020, ConServ had expanded significantly, serving local and national accounts across nine states.
Today, ConServ is a respected HVAC-R powerhouse, with locations throughout the Southeast. We are the number one choice for regional clients with multiple accounts, convenience stores, and those who prefer remote monitoring and control.
