Apprentice Classes

For over 25 years, ConServ has recruited the best talent in our industry in order to provide our customers with excellent service. In 2014, our firm launched an in-house apprentice program, which is an intensive training curriculum, in conjunction with field, mentoring, and safety training programs. Since the origination of the apprentice program, ConServ has been dedicated to recruiting young, hardworking men that WANT to learn a trade, bringing them into our classes and teaching them the basics of HVAC-R. We invest a great deal of resources into the coursework, so that when our apprentices graduate from the four month long program, they are able to perform PMs (Preventative Maintenance) and basic trouble shooting with the high quality standards that ConServ customers have come to expect.

This training program isn’t just held at the Largo Corporate Office, but at every one of our other divisions. We currently have over 20 students enrolled in the training session but unfortunately, not all who start the class, will complete it and become ConServ technicians. Students are held to a very HIGH standard and must pass the class with an 85% or higher grade, must gain their EPA TYPE II OR Universal certification, and have great classroom etiquette.

This apprentice class is a huge undertaking and something that no other company invests in like ConServ does, further proof of our commitment to being an industry leader now, and for many decades to come! If you want to learn more about the apprentice program or have questions about our HVAC-R services, contact a member of the ConServ team.
